To make your life easier, we prepare a detailed estimate of likely expenditure on your property at the start of each financial year for the year ahead.

We estimate service charges, request and collect everyone’s individual contribution to the upkeep of the property or development and then certify and sort out any invoices for payment. We also maintain individual trustee-status bank accounts for each building we manage to take care of service charge monies. And at the end of each financial year, we then arrange a professional certification and distribute the findings to ensure that all home owners are constantly involved.
