Andrew Lyle takes the helm of Stonedale
Stonedale Property Management, a specialist property management company which has worked with some of London’s most exceptional developments for the past 15 years, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Lyle as its new Head of Operations.
A Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management, Andrew boasts a career that spans 20 years in property management, having worked for a number of high profile managing agents in London. In the 18 months since joining Stonedale team as a Senior Property Manager, he has managed developments in the Docklands, Limehouse and Clerkenwell areas of London.
Andrew Lyle comments, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the Stonedale team and manage some of the most exclusive residential developments in Southwark, the City, Wapping, Limehouse, Docklands and Greenwich. I look forward to working with the team and growing the business.”
Andrew’s appointment follows Stonedale’s move to new offices in London Bridge, right in the heart of the region in which it operates. The company currently manages 4,500 apartments in over 50 exclusive London developments.
Felix Keen, Head of RMC Division for Stonedale, adds, “I have every confidence that Andrew will move the business forward with the support of the great team at Stonedale.”
“As well as ensuring the team continues to deliver the best service for our customers, Andrew will focus on building the Stonedale profile as a specialist local managing agent, developing new business in the region plus exploring new territory in the Thames Gateway.”
Andrew takes on the management role from Ruth Emanuel, who leaves Stonedale in July after three years with the company.
