Stonedale Property Manager Highly Commended at Awards
Laura Wells, Property Manager for Stonedale has been highly commended in the Young Property Manager of the Year category in News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.
The Property Manager who is from Tunbridge Wells, is responsible for nine developments across Docklands, Rotherhithe, Wapping, Clerkenwell and London Bridge.
She joined Stonedale in 2007 as a Business Coordinator with aspirations to becoming a Property Manager and quickly set the benchmark for her fellow team members.
She has received plaudits from across her developments including high praise from the residents of Bow Connection, where Laura has worked at improving the roof terrace and introducing a bike shed.
“Her performance, manner, general demeanor and commitment are both exceptional and quite simply outstanding” says Andrew Lyle, Head of Operations, Stonedale. “She is never perturbed, always pleasant, cheerful and ready to help at all times. She is always one step ahead of me and I cannot think of anyone who deserves this recognition more.”

The Young Property Manager of the Year Award recognises the property manager stars of the future who help look after the thousands of leasehold flats and houses across the UK.
The winners of the 2011 Young Property Manager of the Year Award were announced at the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2011 organised by News on the Block at a prestigious ceremony in London on 5 December 2011. 14 other awards were presented at the black tie ceremony, which recognise the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the apartment property sector, at an individual and company level.
