Our History
Stonedale has been true to its Docklands roots since it was formed in 1995. Specialising only in residential property management, we pride ourselves in an unprecedented knowledge and understanding of this unique London community.
The Stonedale team started life out in Kent before making the vital move into London in November 2006. In April 2010, we moved to new offices in The Woolyard on Bermondsey Street near London Bridge, right in the heart of region in which operate. Our new location provides us with the perfect base from which to meet clients and make site visits.
The individual relationships we forge with our clients are what make Stonedale different. Our earliest current instruction dates back to 1994. Together with the backing of our support teams, Stonedale is perfectly placed for a solid future in property management. But whilst we have plans to grow, Stonedale will never become a large company. Most of all we don’t want to forget where we came from, a Docklands based, knowledgeable and professional property manager that gives the personal touch to all its clients.
