With a background as a Land Surveyor, Diaz became involved in property management in 2002 when she worked with the Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation. An Associate of the Institute of Property Management (IRPM), her property acumen has been augmented by the wealth of experience which Residential Property Management offers over the last few years. Diaz manages a portfolio which stretches from London Bridge in the South East to Bethnal Green in the East.
